We want you to love your piece. Because everything here is handmade, our policy is a little different from a big-box store's.

Ready-made items

Changed your mind? No problem, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items need to come back unused, unwashed, and in the condition they arrived in. Return shipping is on you unless we got something wrong.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

Pieces hooked especially for you (your colors, your size, your request) can't be restocked, so they're final sale, but if anything is wrong with yours, tell us and we'll make it right.

Something arrived damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund, your choice. Handmade means we can usually fix it properly, not just apologize.
